NETTLE&HONEY is run by community herbalist Chantal Baptiste (she/they), based in the Forest of Dean, UK.

I am currently studying Medical Herbalism and serve as a mentor at the Plant Medicine School. My five-year training includes clinical examination techniques, botany, materia medica, nutrition, pharmacology, and more.

My practice centres on supporting the community in reclaiming confidence and autonomy in their own health, and in demystifying herbal medicine for everyday wellbeing.

 

I am a fully trained full-spectrum Doula and offer support around birth in all its forms and outcomes.
